Reservations

Stadtgraben24 is available all year round for a shorter or longer break. The house can be rented per day, arrival and departure day are up to you, depending on availability. We work with a minimum stay of two days. Stadtgraben24 is flexible. The renting agreement includes lounge, kitchen, dining room, and one or more bedrooms (three twin and one triple, allowing a maximum of 9 guests and one baby in the available baby cot).

Rate per night for the first guest: € 95

Each extra guest per night: € 15

Additional costs:
End cleaning € 100 for up to 5 guests, € 10 extra for each extra guest.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity and water, VAT and all taxes are included.

General terms and conditions:

The rental period starts on the day of arrival at 15h00 and ends on the departure day at 11h00.
At Stadtgraben24, we have a non smoking policy, pets are not allowed.
The tenant will be held liable for missing furniture and damage to our home and its contents.
The tenant will be held liable for any costs and loss of income caused by the misbehaviour of the tenant.

Payment and cancellation policy:

After booking, we will ask you to transfer 30% of the total booking costs to our bank account. Six weeks before your stay you are asked to pay the remaining 70 %.
If cancelled up to six weeks prior to arrival date, we charge a 30% cancellation fee, if cancelled six to four weeks prior to arrival date, there is a 60% cancellation fee, if cancelled four weeks or less prior to arrival date and at a "no-show”,  a 100 % cancellation fee is charged.
